Sparkling Tea is the perfect non-alcoholic drink to raise a toast!
This innovative drink is the brainchild of Danish sommelier Jacob Kocemba, who has been brewing sparkling tea beverages that resemble sparkling wines since 2017. The finest organic teas are meticulously brewed by hand and transformed into bubbly, sparkling drinks that do not contain alcohol thanks to a special fermentation process.
Lysegrøn has a fine aroma of fresh citrus, green tea and apple. Delicate notes of orange peel and a lingering hint of Darjeeling make for an intense finish. Delicate bubbles lend it a tangy lightness.
Serve it as a refreshing aperitif or as an accompaniment with fish, seafood, oysters and caviar.
