Description
An explosion of herbal flavours! This tofu is enriched with fresh basil, wild garlic, parsley and other aromatic herbs. Ideal for Mediterranean cuisine.
Recommendation: Dice or slice the tofu. Enjoy cold on bread or serve it as part of a Mediterranean antipasti platter. Also goes well in salads. To eat warm, fry briefly in hot oil and serve with vegetable dishes.
Tip: Try the tofu basil as a substitute for mozzarella in a summery Caprese salad with tomato slices, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
