Description
This cream is made from porcini mushrooms and summer truffles, making dishes like "Pasta ai porcini e tartufi" child's play:
- Simply dilute one teaspoon of the cream sauce per person or serving with olive oil or melted butter to taste.
- Mix with freshly cooked hot pasta (e.g. tagliatelle or fettuccine).
- Serve with freshly fried mushrooms and parsley as desired.
Enjoy a delicious vegetarian meal in no time! Mixed with cream, the cream sauce becomes a flavourful mushroom sauce, and goes wonderfully with pan seared meat.
