Description
Gently dried and chopped lemon verbena leaves have a particularly fresh, aromatic flavour. The intense lemony flavour tastes delicious both as a hot drink and as a cold, refreshing beverage. In French cuisine, lemon verbena (Latin: Aloysia citrodora) is used in desserts and savoury dishes. A refreshing herb that can also be used as a culinary herb.
Preparation:
Pour 1 litre of hot water (temperature: 100°C) over 1 g (around 1 tablespoon) of tea. Steeping time: 5 minutes.
Tip: This tea is a pleasure to drink at any time of the day, in summer or winter.
