Description
THOMY’s Béchamel Sauce brings the wonderfully creamy flavour of this classic sauce to your table. It is easy to prepare and goes perfectly with vegetables, casseroles and gratins. The sauce is made using free-range eggs.
Preparation:
- Pour the contents of the pack into a pan.
- Slowly add 250 ml of cold milk while stirring.
- Bring the sauce to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- As soon as the sauce thickens, remove from the heat and ladle over vegetables, casseroles or gratins as desired.
- Optionally, you can enhance the sauce with some pepper, nutmeg or cheese.
