Description

This delicious chocolate is filled with a dark chocolate ganache and fine Marc de Champagne from Fleury (organic and Demeter certified farming). A fruity currant filling made from ripe berries and high-proof currant liqueur sits on top of the ganache. The currant layer is joined by a little almond nougat and white chocolate. The bar features a classic dark chocolate coating made with 70% cocoa.
