The basis for this creamy spread is finely pureed sunflower seeds to which tomato paste, fresh tomatoes and aromatic herbs are added for a delicious taste. The herbs include oregano, thyme, onions, cress seeds and porcini mushrooms. Flavoured with soy sauce, apple syrup and other high-quality organically grown ingredients, this spread is simply delicious on bread! It is vegan and free from yeast and gluten.
