Arche Naturküche Organic Seaweed Salad, 30 g

This mix of dulse and sea lettuce comes from guaranteed ecological harvesting and adds a mild, savoury note to a wide variety of dishes.

Whether stirred into sauces, dips, salads or soups, this seaweed mix lends every recipe a subtle depth. You can sprinkle it over eggs or savoury pancakes, or even use it to enrich marinades.

Preparation: Take the desired amount of seaweed salad in a sieve and rinse with cold water. Then soak for 1-2 minutes in cold or warm water. Drain and prepare as per your recipe.
