Description

Tamari is a very flavourful soy sauce that, in contrast to the very popular Shoyu soy sauce, is brewed from soybeans only and not wheat.

Unlike shoyu, tamari does not lose its strong flavour when heated. It is ideal for strong marinades suitable for meat, fish or seafood that are then seared in a wok. It is also a great way to add flavour to soups, sauces and stir-fries.
