Description

The organic Veggie Green Spelt Burger Mix by Bauck Mühle is a mix for vegan burger patties or tasty vegetable fritters. Simply mix with water, leave to stand, shape and fry until golden brown. In just a few steps, delicious plant-based patties are ready to enjoy. Serve solo as finger food or in a classic burger bun. The mix consists of green spelt, oats, sesame and tasty vegetables. Each pack makes 6 large or 12 small patties. The smaller the patties, the crispier they will be.

Preparation:

  1. Add the contents of the pack to 250 ml boiling water, stir well and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Shape into patties with moistened hands.
  3. Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
