Description
For the best risotto results, Ben's Original Risotto Rice contains Italian Loto rice of excellent quality. The medium-grain rice releases more starch during cooking, ensuring a creamy texture when cooked. For a risotto with the perfect balance of firm grains and a creamy texture.
Preparation:
- Melt 20 g of butter in a frying pan.
- Add 1 cup of rice and saute until the grains turn translucent.
- Add 2.5 cups of hot stock and bring to the boil
- Stir regularly and simmer uncovered until the rice is creamy and the liquid is completely absorbed (12-15 minutes)
- Sitr in butter and parmesan to taste. Enjoy!
