Description
This spice mixture is a pure, natural product and is free from dyes or preservatives. The finest saffron is used to make this blend. One spice sachet is suitable for about 300g rice.
Recipe for approx. 4 people:
- Pour olive oil into a paella pan and heat. Add meat, fish, seafood or vegetables (combine as desired). Add 300 g of rice and the contents of 1 sachet of paella spice over the rice and mix. Fry for a few seconds, then add water or broth and taste, adding salt if needed. Cook until the rice is tender. Let the rice rest for 5 minutes and season to taste. Enjoy!
