Description
This intensely flavourful olive oil comes to you from a family farm in Bronte, Sicily, and has a bold, mildly spicy taste.
It is made with Sicilian olive varieties such as Nocellara dell'Etna and Nocellara del Belice.
The olives are traditionally hand-picked and cold centrifuged within 8 hours of harvesting. The olive oil thus obtained is distinguished by its high polyphenol content and is ideal with meat, fish and vegetables.
