Description

Japanese Mikura Shizuka black rice vinegar made from brown rice is fermented in wooden barrels. It is made from unpolished whole grain rice, which is then traditionally processed by hand into koji and statically fermented in wooden barrels for 90 days. The result is a mild, full-bodied vinegar, characterised by its harmonious acidity and delicate grain aroma. Ideal for salads, dressings, marinades, or as a healthy drink with water, milk, or fruit juice.
