Description

Whip up a Mediterranean treat with a special bite in just eight minutes! Fine couscous in a decorative pearl shape forms the base for this salad, which impresses with a fine selection of Oriental spices.

Simply add fresh feta and sun-dried tomatoes in oil to create a perfectly balanced meal with high-quality organic ingredients. Whether as a lunch or a sophisticated side dish, enjoy the harmonious combination of pearly couscous and sunny flavours!

Preparation:

  • You will also need 75 g of feta and sun-dried tomatoes in oil.
  • Briefly sauté the contents of the bag in 1 tbsp of hot oil.
  • Add 370 ml of water, bring to a brief boil and place the lid on the pot.
  • Simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Dice the feta and sun-dried tomatoes and fold them into the salad, which can be enjoyed warm or cold.
