Description
Dr. Oetker dried yeast is suitable for preparing many types of yeast dough - both savoury and sweet. One sachet of dried yeast is enough for 500 g of flour.
Note:
1 sachet of dried yeast is equivalent to 1/2 cube (21 g) of fresh yeast.
Usage:
- Add the desired amount of dried yeast to flour and mix well. Proving the yeast by mixing it into milk or water is not required.
- Add the remaining ingredients and continue with the recipe.
- As is usual with any yeast dough, let the dough rest and rise.
