Description
This spaghetti is made with the finest organic durum wheat semolina from Italy and made using the traditional method. The dough is extruded through perforated bronze discs and gently dried to preserve the full flavour.
The roughened surface texture of the extruded spaghetti holds sauces well - ideal for aglio, olio e peperoncini and with all tomato sauces!
