Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 250 °C.
- Unwrap the pinsa base and add your favourite toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven or place directly onto the grill for around 5-6 minutes, until the crust reaches the desired crispness.
Serving Tip:
For a traditional "Pinsa Bianca", simply drizzle the base with premium olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt and fresh rosemary before baking. Once out of the oven, top with Parma ham and fresh wild rocket if desired.
