This dry baker's yeast has a natural flavour and is perfect for baking all kinds of sweet and savoury baked goods. It stores well, is reliable and ensures a light dough.
Manufacturing:
The yeast is fermented on the basis of organic raw materials. The organic yeast is concentrated and dried using a separation and filtration step following the fermentation. The yeast paste is extruded and then gently dried. Due to the low water content, the dry yeast has a long shelf life.
