Rapunzel Organic Short Grain White Rice for Rice Pudding, 500 g

This organic short-grain rice from the Po Valley in northern Italy is a top quality product. It has a naturally sweet flavour and has a soft texture when cooked making it perfect for rice pudding or desserts such as sweet rice casseroles. The rice is irrigated with fresh mountain water from the Alps - quality you can taste!

Instructions for preparation: Boil 250 grams of rice with 1 litre milk. Turn down the heat, cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

Tip: Instead of cow's milk, you can also use coconut milk or oat milk (these usually have a higher fat content). It's especially delicious with real vanilla!
