Fusilli col buco are a pasta speciality originally from Campania, where housewives prepared them by rolling long bucatini around a knitting needle. Sauces stick really well to them thanks to their twisted shape. In fact, they are delicious when served with a simple tomato sauce. But nothing prevents you from experimenting and enjoying them with all kinds of other sauces!
