The best ingredients such as Italian durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs and water are used in making delicious, original Italian pasta at Rustichella d'Abruzzo. Well-known varieties such as spaghetti, tagliatelle, fusilli but also local specialties such as trofie, fregola tostata or orecchiette are made in the traditional way by extrusion through bronze dies. The pasta dough is pulled through hand-forged bronze plates. Then the pasta is slowly dried for up to 56 hours.
