Description
Spaghettini are long pasta that are thinner than spaghetti and need less time to cook. They are best paired with shellfish and sauces that contain shellfish or with a very simple aglio, olio e pepperoncino (garlic, oil and pepper). In southern Italy they are eaten as a kind of pancake by cooking them together with diced ham, eggs and herbs.
