Description
Tempeh is a speciality dish traditionally made from soybeans. To make the lupin tempeh, lupins were fermented with a special type of mould and marinated in a lupin sauce that gives them a hearty flavour. The lupin tempeh has a chewy texture that makes it truly special.
Preparation:
- Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Cut the ready-to-cook tempeh into strips or cubes and sauté over medium-high heat until crispy. The tempeh tastes great in Asian stir-fries or on salads, or in soups or stews.
