Vivani Organic Whole Cocoa Fruit, 80 g

Organic Whole Cocoa Fruit by Vivani is made entirely from ingredients from the cocoa fruit, with a milder flavour than conventional dark chocolate. Carefully balanced flakes of cocoa fruit pulp add a gentle fruity note, without ordinary table sugar.

Product highlights:

• Cocoa fruit ingredients only: Made solely with ingredients from the cocoa fruit.
• Fruity notes: Contains fruit pulp flakes for a less bitter taste.
• No granulated sugar: All the sweetness comes from the processed fruit pulp.

About this chocolate:
Organic Whole Cocoa Fruit by Vivani takes a different approach to dark chocolate. It uses surplus cocoa fruit pulp, only some of which is traditionally needed for fermentation, to sweeten the bar directly with the fruit.

Fine cocoa mass and delicate fruit flakes combine for a balanced flavour, making this bar a lovely gift or a treat to savour yourself.
