Inside is a fruity pink raspberry ganache, whose fascinating, pure berry flavour and vibrant colour are achieved entirely naturally from real raspberries. The filling is very fruity and refreshingly tart, a perfect counterpoint to the sweetness. This ganache is encased in a wafer-thin layer of white chocolate before finally receiving an elegant coating of fine dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content.
