Description
This spice by Ankerkraut hails from Berlin and is made for meatballs. The spice is very easy to use: just use 2-4 teaspoons for 500g of ground meat, add a few onions to taste, and mix in an egg or a little soggy bread. Knead everything thoroughly, and then you're done!
