Since 1922, Galup has been dedicated to crafting traditional Piedmontese pastries – first and foremost, the classic Panettone. The natural sourdough starter used for Galup’s Panettoni dates back to 1922 and is lovingly nurtured and fed with fresh flour and water every day.
